Last week I received my 3rd promotional postcard for a Jewish senior living facility in Boston.
With the name Beverly Feldman, I can see how someone might mistake me for an old Jewish lady. 😅
Unfortunately for them, I’m actually a 41-year-old middle-aged Jewish lady.
Though I’m sure their facility is lovely, their postcards aren’t going to lead to sales if they aren’t going out to the right people at the right time.
They don’t have a messaging problem - they have a segmentation problem.
(I’m curious how many other millennials they’re inadvertently targeting with their postcard campaign?)
